Green or Scaled: Complete the following for time:

10 Push ups or assisted push ups

80 Single unders

Rest for 5 minutes, then:

5 rounds of:

10 Goblet squats 70#/53 or Air Squats

10 Ring rows

Rest for 5 minutes, then:

75 Air Squats

Blue or RX+: Complete the following for time:

5 rounds of: 

8 Shoulder to overhead reps 135#/95

40 Double unders

Rest for 5 minutes, then:

5 rounds of:

10 Front squats 135#/95

8 Ring dips

Rest for 5 minutes, then: 50 Wall balls 30#/20
