Friday’s Workout: 3-13-20

Conditioning: “Billy Idol”

Black or RX: Partner workout! One partner will complete 1 round of the following, while the other rests. Partners will then switch until each partner has finished 5 rounds (10 rounds as a team). Then the partner team will tackle the double unders and mountain climbers!

Complete 10 rounds of:

Row 10 calories 

10 Thrusters 75#/55

Then complete 10 rounds of:

25 Double unders or 15 attempts

10 Power snatches 75#/55

Green or Scaled: Partner workout! One partner will complete 1 round of the following, while the other rests. Partners will then switch until each partner has finished 5 rounds (10 rounds as a team). Then the partner team will tackle the jump roping and slam balls!

Complete 10 rounds of:

Row 10 calories 

10 Kettlebell squat cleans 70#/53

Then complete 10 rounds of:

75 Single unders or 15 double under attempts

10 Slam balls 20#/15

Blue or RX+: Partner workout! One partner will complete 1 round of the following, while the other rests. Partners will then switch until each partner has finished 5 rounds (10 rounds as a team). Then the partner team will tackle the double unders and snatches!

Complete 10 rounds of:

10 Calories on the Air-bike

10 Thrusters 95#/65

Then complete 10 rounds of:

50 Double unders

10 Power snatches 95#/65
