Friday’s Workout: 7-12-19

Conditioning: “Dynamic Duo”

Black or Rx: With a partner, one person will work, while the other rests. Strive to complete as many reps as possible as a team. 

2 rounds:

3 minutes of Thrusters 75#/55

1 minute of rest

3 minutes of Sled pushes 135#/90

1 minute of rest

3 minutes of Alternating dumbbell snatches 50#/35

1 minute of rest

Green or Scaled: With a partner, one person will work, while the other rests. Strive to complete as many reps as possible as a team. 

2 rounds:

3 minutes of KB squat cleans 70#/53

1 minute of rest

3 minutes of Sled pushes 90#/45

1 minute of rest

3 minutes of Shoulder height kettlebell swings 53#/35

1 minute of rest

Blue or Rx+: With a partner, one person will work, while the other rests. Strive to complete as many reps as possible as a team. 

2 rounds:

3 minutes of Thrusters 95#/65

1 minute of rest

3 minutes of Sled pushes 180#/135

1 minute of rest

3 minutes of Alternating dumbbell snatches 70#/50

1 minute of rest
