Conditioning:  Viking Friday!

In this workout, you will partner up with a teammate and make believe you are Vikings looking to plunder a nearby village! You will first row your boat to the village. Then you will grab your axe and run to the village. Once at the village, you will pillage said village. Then you will run back to your boat, and row back to where you came from!  

Partners will share the row, run at the same time and share the reps on the selected exercise.

Black or RX:

1,500 meter row

800 meter run

50 power cleans 95#/65

400 meter run

50 sledge hammer swings or slam balls 20#/15

400 meter run

1,000 meter row

Blue or RX:

2,000 meter row or 150 calories on the Air-bike

1 mile run – carry

50 power cleans 135#/95

1 mile run

2,000 meter row or 150 calories on the Air-bike
