Conditioning:   

Black or RX:

For 6 minutes, you and a partner will complete the following:

Partner 1: Sled push 135#/95 down and back

partner 2: AMRAP Hang DB snatches 50#/35

Rest 3 minutes then,

For 6 minutes, complete:

Partner 1: Run 200 meters

Partner 2: AMRAP Toes to bar

Rest 3 minutes

For 6 minutes, complete:

Partner 1: Row 200 meters

Partner 2: AMRAP Wall Balls 20#/14

Score for your team will consist of the total amount of reps completed throughout the entire workout.

 

Green or Scaled:

For 6 minutes, you and a partner will complete the following:

Partner 1: Sled push 90#/45 down and back

partner 2: AMRAP Hang DB snatches 35#/20 or Slam Balls 20#/15

Rest 3 minutes then,

For 6 minutes, complete:

Partner 1: Air-Bike 12 calories

Partner 2: AMRAP Hanging knee raises / hanging straight leg raises / PUBAMS

Rest 3 minutes

For 6 minutes, complete:

Partner 1: Row 200 meters

Partner 2: AMRAP Air Squats

Score for your team will consist of the total amount of reps completed throughout the entire workout.

 

Blue or RX+:

For 6 minutes, you and a partner will complete the following:

Partner 1: Sled push 180#/135 down and back

partner 2: AMRAP Hang DB snatches 70#/50

Rest 3 minutes then,

For 6 minutes, complete:

Partner 1: Run 200 meters

Partner 2: AMRAP Toes to bar

Rest 3 minutes

For 6 minutes, complete:

Partner 1: Row 200 meters

Partner 2: AMRAP Wall Balls 30#/20
