Strength Option: – Choose one of the following options:

Strength: Back Squat: Work up to a 1 rep max

Olympic Lifting Option: Power or Squat snatch: Work up to a 1 rep max

Green option: Goblet Squat: work up to a 5-rep max

Conditioning: “Rubber Ducky”

Black or RX: 8 rounds of:

Every minute, on the minute, complete 10 burpees, with the remaining time in that minute, complete AMRAP power cleans 95#/65.

Green or Scaled: 8 rounds of:

Every minute, on the minute, complete 10 squat thrusts, with the remaining time in that minute, complete AMRAP kettlebell swings 70#/53.

Your score for this workout is total kettlebell swings completed.

Blue or RX+: 8 rounds of:

Every minute, on the minute, complete 10 burpees, with the remaining time in that minute, complete AMRAP power cleans 135#/95.
