9 Goblet squats 70#/53

6 Ring rows 70#/53

Max reps of assisted push ups

Rest 2 minutes between sets.

Blue or RX+:

5 rounds of:

For 2 minutes, complete the following:

12 Hang cleans 135#/95

9 Front squats 135#/95

6 Shoulder to overhead 135#/95

Max Reps of handstand push ups

Rest 2 minutes between sets.
