Conditioning:

Black or Rx: Complete 11 rounds of the following:

10 Push ups

10 Box jump overs 24”/20

Rest 60 seconds in between each effort

 

Green or Scaled: Complete 11 rounds of the following:

8 Assisted Push ups

10 Step up overs 24”/20

Rest 60 seconds in between each effort

 

Blue or RX+: Complete 11 rounds of the following:

6 Handstand Push ups

8 box jump overs 30”/24

Rest 60 seconds in between each effort
