Green or Scaled option:  7 rounds for time of:

9 Goblet Squats @ 70#/53

Row 400 meters

Rest 2 minutes in between rounds

 

Blue or RX+: 7 rounds for time of:

3 Squat Cleans @ 205#/135

Run 400 meters

Rest 2 minutes in between rounds
