Monday’s Workout: 3-26-18

Conditioning:

Black or RX: Partner workout! One person works, while one person rests:

From 0- 3 minutes, complete as many Power cleans 95#/65 as possible

From 3-6 minutes, complete as many double unders as possible

From 6-9 minutes, complete as many front squats 95#/65  as possible

From 9-12 minutes, complete as many calories on the rower as possible

From 12-15 minutes complete as many shoulder to overhead reps 95#/65 as possible

From 15-18 minutes Complete as many calories on the Air-Bike as possible

From 18-21 minutes complete as many front racked lunges 95#/65 as possible

 

Green or Scaled: Partner workout! One person works, while one person rests:

From 0- 3 minutes, complete as many KB Power cleans 70#/53 as possible

From 3-6 minutes, complete as many single unders as possible

From 6-9 minutes, complete as many goblet squats 70#/53 as possible

From 9-12 minutes, complete as many calories on the rower as possible

From 12-15 minutes complete as many ring rows as possible

From 15-18 minutes Complete as many calories on the Air-Bike as possible

From 18-21 minutes complete as many goblet lunges 70#/53 as possible

 

Blue or RX+: Partner workout! One person works, while one person rests:

From 0- 3 minutes, complete as many Power cleans 115#/75 as possible

From 3-6 minutes, complete as many double unders as possible

From 6-9 minutes, complete as many front squats 115#/75  as possible

From 9-12 minutes, complete as many calories on the rower as possible

From 12-15 minutes complete as many shoulder to overhead reps 115#/75

From 15-18 minutes Complete as many calories on the Air-Bike as possible

From 18-21 minutes complete as many front racked lunges 115#/75 as possible
