Thursday’s Workout: 10-11-18

Conditioning:

Black or Rx: In teams of three, with each team member starting on a different exercise, complete one minute at each exercise for 7 rounds. Rest the remainder of the minute if you finish the required reps before the minute is up.

Minute 1: 16 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches 50#/35

Minute 2: 15 Push ups

Minute 3: Rowing for calories

 

Green or Scaled: In teams of three, with each team member starting on a different exercise, complete one minute at each exercise for 7 rounds. Rest the remainder of the minute if you finish the required reps before the minute is up.

Minute 1: 16 Slam Balls 20#/15

Minute 2: 10 Assisted Push ups

Minute 3: Rowing for calories

 

Blue or Rx+: In teams of three, with each team member starting on a different exercise, complete one minute at each exercise for 7 rounds. Rest the remainder of the minute if you finish the required reps before the minute is up.

Minute 1: 10 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches 70#/50

Minute 2: 8 Hand-stand Push Ups

Minute 3: Air-Bike for calories
