1 minute of Rowing for calories  

1 minute of Hang cleans 75#/55

1 minute of Ring dips

1 minute of Dumbbell deadlifts 50#/35

1 minute of OH lunges with a 45#/25 plate  

1 minute of Rest

Green or Scaled: 3 rounds of:

1 minute of Rowing for calories 

1 minute of Slam balls 20#/15

1 minute of Ring rows

1 minute of Dumbbell deadlifts 35#/20

1 minute of Bodyweight lunges

1 minute of Rest

Blue or RX+: 3 rounds of:

1 minute of Calories on the Air-bike 

1 minute of Hang Cleans 95#/65

1 minute of Ring dips

1 minute of Dumbbell deadlifts 70#/50

1 minute of OH lunges with a barbell 95#/65   

1 minute of Rest
