Black or RX:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

5 Hang cleans 95#/65

5 Front racked lunges on each leg 95#/65

15 bar over Burpees

40 Double unders

 

Green or scaled:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

10 KB hang cleans 70#/53

5 Goblet lunges on each leg 70#/53 or bodyweight lunges

10 Squat thrusts

120 Single unders

 

Blue or RX+:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

5 Hang cleans 135#/95

5 Front racked lunges on each leg 135#/95

15 bar over burpees

40 Double unders
