Conditioning:

 Black or RX: Partner Workout!

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:

1 Sled push down and back 135#/90

6 Burpees

One person works while the other rests.

 

Green or scaled: Partner Workout!

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:

1 Sled push down and back 90#/45

6 Squat thrusts

One person works while the other rests.

 

Blue or RX+: Partner Workout!

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:

1 Sled push down and back 180#/135

6 Burpees

One person works while the other rests.
