Thursday’s Workout: 7-5-18

Conditioning:

Black or RX: In a team of two. One person will complete a round, while the other partner rests. Complete the number of rounds as a team, then move on.

10 rounds of (5 per person):

1 sled push 135#/95 down and back

6 Power snatches 95#/65

Then immediately into:

10 rounds of:

Run 200 meters

6 squat cleans 95#/65

 

Green or scaled:

In a team of two. One person will complete a round, while the other partner rests. Complete the number of rounds as a team, then move on.

10 rounds of (5 per person):

1 Sled push 90#/45 down and back

8 Slam balls 20#/15

Then immediately into:

10 rounds of:

Row 200 meters

8 goblet squats 70#/53

 

Blue or RX+:

In a team of two. One person will complete a round, while the other partner rests. Complete the number of rounds as a team, then move on.

10 rounds of (5 per person):

1 low handle sled push 110#/70 down and back

6 Power snatches 115#/75

Then immediately into:

10 rounds of:

Run 200 meters

6 squat cleans 115#/75
