Thursday’s Workout: 9-28-17

Conditioning:

Black or Rx: With a partner, and for 10 minutes, complete:

1 sled push 135#/90 down and back on the pavement

one person pushes, while one person rests

Rest 1 minute, then:

 

For 10 minutes and with a partner, complete as many reps as possible of the following complex:

1 Squat clean 95#/65

1 Front racked lunge on each leg 95#/65

2 Push jerks 95#/65

one person works, while one person rests

 

 

Green or Scaled: With a partner, and for 10 minutes, complete:

1 sled pull 135#/90 down and back on the pavement

One person pushes, while one person rests

Rest 1 minute, then:

 

For 10 minutes and with a partner, complete as many reps as possible of the following complex:

3 goblet squats 70#/53

1 goblet lunge on each leg 70#/53

3 kettlebell swings 70#/53

One person works, while one person rests

 

 

Blue or Rx+: With a partner, and for 10 minutes, complete:

1 sled push 180#/135 down and back on the pavement

One person pushes, while one person rests

Rest 1 minute, then:

 

For 10 minutes and with a partner, complete as many reps as possible of the following complex:

1 squat clean 135#/95

1 front racked lunge on each leg 135#/95

2 Push jerks 135#/95

 

One person works, while one person rests
