Tuesday’s Workout 1-14-20

Strength – Every minute, on the minute for 12 minutes complete the following: 

Olympic Lifting Option: 

1 Power or squat snatch starting with a 2 second pause right above the ground. Start at 70% of 1 RM and work up in weight if you feel you can. No misses! 

Green: 6 goblet squats with a moderate load. Make each rep explosive! 

Strength Option: 2 Paused Back Squats @ 65% of 1 RM. Pause for 3 seconds at the bottom of each squat

Conditioning: “Nowhere to Hide”

Black or RX: 5 rounds for time of:

10 Power snatches 75#/55

5 Front racked lunges on each leg 75#/55

Green or Scaled:  5 rounds for time of:

15 Kettlebell Swings 70#/53

5 Goblet lunges on each leg 70#/53

Blue or RX+: 5 rounds for time of:

10 Power snatches 95#/65

5 Front racked lunges on each leg 95#/65
