Green or Scaled: 3 Rounds for reps of:

1 minute of Air Squats

1 minute of Squat Thrusts

1 minute of Rowing for calories

1 minute of Step ups 20”/16

1 minute of Kettlebell Swings 70#/53

1 minute of rest
