Tuesday’s Workout 1-26-16

Workout of the Day:

Black and  Green options:

5 rounds of:

For 3 minutes, complete as many rounds as possible of:

3 pull ups / Assisted pull ups

6 goblet lunges (3 on each leg) 53#/35 / bodyweight lunges (3 on each leg) 

9 burpees

Rest 1 minute in between rounds

Blue and Purple options:

5 rounds of:

For 2 minutes and 30 seconds, complete the following:

2 chest to bar pull ups / 2 muscle ups

4 thrusters 95#/65 / 4 thrusters 135#/95

6 burpees / 6 burpees

Rest 90 seconds in between each round.
