Conditioning:

Black or Rx: In 18 minutes, complete as many rounds and reps as possible of:

18 Calories on the rower or 200 meter run

15 Toes-to-bar

12 Thrusters, 95#/65

9 Push ups

 

Green or Scaled: In 18 minutes, complete as many rounds and reps as possible of:

18 Calories on the rower

15 Hanging knee raises / hanging straight leg raises / PUBAMS

12 Bucket tosses 20#/15

9 Assisted push ups

 

Blue or Rx+: In 18 minutes, complete as many rounds and reps as possible of:

18 Calories on the Air-Bike

15 Toes-to-bar

12 Thrusters, 115#/80

9 Handstand push ups
