Tuesday’s Workout: 10-8-19

Conditioning: “Threat Level Midnight”

Black or RX: Partner workout!

For 12 minutes, complete the following:

Partner 1 will complete one full round of the following, while partner 2 rests. Partners will then switch. Strive to complete as many rounds and reps as possible  

5 Alternating dumbbell snatches on each arm 50#/35

10 Box jumps 24”/20

Rest 2 minutes, then complete another 12 minutes of the following with the same rules as the first section of this workout:  

5 Toes to bar

10 Wall Balls 20#/14

Green or Scaled:  Partner workout!

For 12 minutes, complete the following:

10 Shoulder height kettlebell swings 70#/53

10 Step ups (total) 20”/16

Rest 2 minutes, then complete another 12 minutes of the following with the same rules as the first section of this workout:  

5 Hanging knee raises / hanging straight leg raises / push up position shoulder taps

10 Air Squats

Blue or RX+: Partner workout!

For 12 minutes, complete the following:

4 Alternating dumbbell snatches on each arm 70#/50

8 Box jumps 30”/24

Rest 2 minutes, then complete another 12 minutes of the following with the same rules as the first section of this workout:  

5 Toes to bar

10 Wall Balls 30#/20
