Black or Rx: Complete 6 rounds of the following for time:  

4 Strict pull ups

6 Hanging dumbbell lunges on each leg 50#/35

12 Push ups

12 Box jumps 24”/20

Green or Scaled: Complete 6 rounds of the following for time: 

4 Assisted Pull ups

6 Hanging dumbbell lunges 35#/20 or 6 bodyweight lunges on each leg

8 Assisted push-ups

12 Step ups 20”/16 (total)

Blue or Rx+: Complete 6 rounds of the following for time: 

4 Bar muscle ups 

4 Hanging Dumbbell lunges 70#/50 on each leg

6 Handstand push-ups

10 Box jumps 30”/24
