Conditioning: “Rodeo Cheeseburger”

Black or RX:  In 20 minutes, complete as many rounds and reps as possible of:

6 Hanging dumbbell lunges on each leg 50#/35

12 Toes to bar

6 Dumbbell snatches on each arm 50#/35

12 Dumbbell goblet squats 53#/35 

6Ring dips

Green or Scaled: In 20 minutes, complete as many rounds and reps as possible of:

6 Hanging dumbbell lunges on each leg 35#/20 or bodyweight lunges  

12 Hanging Knee raises / hanging straight leg raises / push up position shoulder taps on each shoulder

6 Dumbbell snatches on each arm 35#/20 or 20 shoulder height kettlebell swings 53#/35

12 Dumbbell goblet squats 35#/20 or Air Squats

6 Ring rows

Blue or RX+: In 20 minutes, complete as many rounds and reps as possible of:

6 Hanging dumbbell lunges on each leg 70#/50

12 Toes to bar

6 Dumbbell snatches on each arm 70#/50

12 Dumbbell Goblet Squats 70#/50

6 Ring dips
