Black and  Green options:

3 rounds of the following:

1 minute of wall balls (20#/14) / goblet squats or air squats 

1 minute of burpees / squat thrusts

1 minute of box jumps (24#/20) / step ups

1 minute of mountain climbers

1 minute of slam balls 20#/15

1 minute of rest

Blue  and purple option:

3 rounds of:

40 seconds of back squats (185#/115)/back squats (225#/155), 20 seconds of rest

40 seconds of burpees, 20 seconds of rest

40 seconds of box jumps (30”/24) (36”/30), 20 seconds of rest 

40 seconds of dead hang pull ups, / muscle ups  20 seconds of rest 

40 seconds of slam balls 20#/15 / handstand push ups, 20 seconds of rest

60 seconds of rest
