Conditioning: “Frank Sinatra”

Black or RX: In 20 minutes, complete as many rounds and reps as possible of:

1 Handstand Push up

5 Squat Cleans 95#/65

10 Toes to bar

15 Box jumps 24”/20

*after every completed round, add 1 rep to the handstand push up

Green or Scaled: In 20 minutes, complete as many rounds and reps as possible of:

1 Handstand Push up variation (box or partial ROM) or 5 assisted push-ups

5 KB squat cleans 70#/53

10 Hanging knee raises / hanging straight leg raises / PUBAMS

15 Step ups 20”/16 (total)

*after every completed round, add 1 rep to the handstand push up or assisted push-up

Blue or RX+: In 20 minutes, complete as many rounds and reps as possible of:

2 Handstand Push ups

5 Squat Cleans 135#/95

10 Toes to bar

15 Box jumps 24”/20

*after every completed round, add 2 reps to the handstand push up
