Conditioning:

Black or RX: In 20 minutes, complete as many rounds and reps as possible of:

1 Power Clean 155#/105

2 Dead Hang Pull Ups

4 Dumbbell snatches on each arm 50#/35

8 Push ups

Green or Scaled:  In 20 minutes, complete as many rounds and reps as possible of:

4 Slam Balls 20#/15

2 Assisted Pull ups

8 Kettlebell Swings 70#/53

8 Assisted Push ups

Blue or RX+: In 20 minutes, complete as many rounds and reps as possible of:

1 Power Clean 205#/135

2 Muscle ups

4 Dumbbell Snatches on each arm 70#/53

8 Handstand push ups
