Conditioning:

Black or Rx: 10 rounds for time:

3 Thrusters 115#/75

10 Bar over burpees

Rest 60 seconds in between each round

 

Green or scaled:   10 rounds for time:

5 Kettlebell squat clean 70#/53

10 Squat thrusts

Rest 60 seconds in between each round

 

Blue or RX+: 10 rounds for time:

3 Thrusters 155#/105

10 Bar over burpees

Rest 60 seconds in between each round
