Wednesday’s Workout: 6-19-19

Strength– Choose one of the following options:

Strength: Bench Press: Work up to a 1 rep max

Olympic Lifting: Push or Split jerk: work up to a 1 rep max

Green Option: Landmine Press:Work up to a 5 rep max on each arm.

Conditioning: ‘Benjamin Button”

Black or RX: 5 rounds for time of:

10 Toes to bar

10 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (5 on each arm) 50#/35

30 Air Squats

Green or scaled: 5 rounds for time of:

10 Hanging knee raises / hanging straight leg raises / Push up position shoulder taps (5 on each shoulder)

10 bucket tosses 20#/15

15 Air Squats
